Please send us your flight details so we can arrange your airport transfer. Please mention all the participant names that are on the flight, please check the “Logistic” section of each week for arrival and departure airport. We can only arrange your transfers on the first and last day of the supported week. If you are already on location before the first day or you stay longer after the last day, you will have to arrange your transfer and we will refund you 20€ for each transfer.
