If in case of extreme circumstances or Force Majeure events Outer Detours has to cancel the Tour with more than 30 days’ notice, Outer Detours will fully refund all the participants.

If under Force Majeure events like natural causes, social actions or infrastructure failures Outer Detours have to cancel the Tour with less than 30 days’ notice, each participant’s travel insurance must cover the refund.

In case of insolvency: our insurance will respond to the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the provision of services to the contractors of a combined trip and, especially, to the reimbursement in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy of the Travel Agency. Health & Travel Insurance

Health & Travel Insurance are not included.

Each guest needs health insurance that covers rescue, repatriation, illness and injuries while cycling, mountain biking and cycling touring in the destination country. 

Each guest needs travel insurance that covers flight cancellations, lost or stolen baggage and personal liability. 

Guest Responsabilities:

The guest is responsible for all the damages of material or of a personal nature that the guest can cause or suffer.

It is the responsibility of the guest and his/her companions to respect the local traffic rules and to circulate with care and respect to pedestrians and other road users.

It is the responsibility of the guest to respect natural spaces and follow the “leave no trace” principles. 

The guest declares to be in perfect health conditions, be able to ride a bike, and have the necessary travel & health insurance to undertake cycling activities in the destination country.
